How it works?
We are making pet-friendly renting simple.
Renting with a pet shouldn’t feel impossible. Our pet guarantor service helps bridge the trust gap between tenants and landlords.
Before your application begins, you will need to tell us a little about yourself and your pet. We will need information about your landlord/letting agency so we can confirm their agreement for our service.
The application is done online, tell us about yourself and your cosigner, your pet, and your rental application. It only takes a few minutes.
You have the option to choose between two tiers of service:
Tier 1 - £20 monthly fee

2 month grace period*
Mandatory training will be required if you own a dog, and you will be responsible for paying the full price of it
Smaller promotion package - once a year
Tier 2 - £50 monthly fee
pet damage guarantee
4 month grace period*
We will cover 50% of the price of mandatory dog training
Bigger promotional package - twice a year

After the application process has finished we will run a quick background check, and if you have been approved, our service starts straight away.
If damage does occur, landlords will be required to give you the grace period to settle any pet-related costs before any claim can be made. We can also help you negotiate longer periods to cover the damages if needed.

For Landlords
This service will cost you nothing, with everything to gain.
With us, accept tenants with pets without having to worry, whether the damage will happen. In any case, you will be secured.
Tenants will pay us a monthly fee, and we will cover all pet-related damages if they don’t.
With that in mind, we will need you to give your tenants 2 - 4 months to cover those damages.
We will be one step ahead of the new Renter’s (Reform) Bill.
You can rest assured that whatever happens - your property is secure.

What if my pet has never lived in a rental before?
That’s okay! We look at your overall responsibility as a pet owner - not just your rental history.
What if my pet causes damage?
If damages happen, we work with both you and the landlord to assess costs and cover claims. We’ll guide you through the process every step of the way.
Can I cancel if I don’t get the property?
You don’t pay anything if you don’t get the property. Your subscription starts only when you move in.
Is this insurance?
Not exactly. We act as a third-party guarantor - not an insurer. That means we back your responsibility and offer a financial guarantee landlords can trust.
Can landlords request this?
Absolutely! If you’re a landlord looking for added assurance from pet-owning tenants, you can refer them to us or request they sign up.
What if my dog has already been trained?
If you can provide proof of professional training for your dog, you won’t have to go through the same process again.
